Western Cheer’s Tumbling Program helps athletes gain strength, coordination, and body awareness in a positive, uplifting environment. Each level builds confidence as athletes learn new skills at their own pace with guidance from caring coaches. From our tiniest tumblers to advanced athletes, every child is supported, encouraged, and celebrated for their progress.

MINI MOVERS & ME

Join us for a fun and active 30-minute class designed just for toddlers and their grown-ups! Our Mini Movers & Me class is the perfect bonding experience, filled with movement-based activities that promote coordination, confidence, and connection. Each week features playful games, music, and exercises that keep little ones engaged—while you enjoy quality time together. Whether you’re crawling, jumping, dancing, or giggling, this class is all about making joyful memories side by side.

TINY TUMBLING

Preschool Tumbling are the first classes many children will be in on there own. In this class your child will learn the flow of our classes, basic tumbling skills, independence, body awareness and more!

BEGINNER BASIC

Beginner Basics is the building blocks for your child’s tumbling. It is a 60-minute class that is broken down into a warm-up, stations, and either fun conditioning or a game. You will see your child working on creative drills and stations to help them better understand the skills and achieve new goals!

ADVANCED BASICS

Advanced Basics is the second step of building blocks for your child’s tumbling. It is a 60 minutes class that is broken down into a warm-up, stations, and either fun conditioning or a game. You will see your child working on creative drills and stations to help them better understand the skills and achieve new goals!

WALKOVERS

Walkovers are the final building blocks beginner tumbling skills. It is a 60 minutes class that is broken down into a warm-up, stations, and either fun conditioning or a game. You will see your child working on creative drills and stations to help them better understand the skills and achieve new goals!

HANDSPRINGS 101

Handspring 101 is the building blocks for your power tumbling. It is a 60 minutes class that is broken down into a warm-up, stations, and either fun conditioning or a game. You will see your child working on creative drills and stations to help them better understand the skills and achieve new goals!

TUCKS

Tucks are the building blocks for your Level 3 skills. It is a 60 minutes class that is broken down into a warm-up, stations, and either fun conditioning or a game. You will see your child working on creative drills and stations to help them better understand the skills and achieve new goals!

NINJA TUMBLING

Our Ninja Class is all about movement, challenge, and fun! In this high-energy class, athletes will focus on obstacle-course training, agility, and balance, while building strength and confidence along the way. Participants will learn a variety of ninja-inspired skills as they conquer warrior-style obstacle courses designed to test their coordination, endurance, and determination. Most importantly, your child will leave each class sweaty, smiling, and proud of what they’ve accomplished. They will need clean indoor shoes and comfortable clothing for this class.
